RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from DRBUNINBEAUTYLINE.COM or at our office.

 

If you would like to return a product, call our office at 610-435-5333 to issue a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) receipt. To ensure proper handling at our office, you are required to include the RGA receipt with your returned product.


For products purchased, simply return your unused product to our office within 30 days of the date of purchase in its original, unopened condition and packaging, along with the original purchase receipt and the RGA receipt. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the product. You are responsible for the costs of shipping your unused product to us. We will be happy to exchange any product in its original, unopened condition and packaging for another product, shipping costs may apply.


Given the cosmetic nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or returns for opened or used products.  As our business is based on honesty and integrity, we appreciate and expect the same from our customers.


Please note that it takes between 30 and 60 days for us to process refunds. After the process is completed, we will issue a check via mail.

Disclaimer: Please note that because our products are medical grade and contain stronger concentrations of active ingredients than over the counter products, some people may experience some redness, tingling or even mild flaking when first using them. This is not an allergy, but the body's adjusting to shedding the old skin layers and revealing healthier new skin.  Simply cut back on the amount and frequency of use, to every other day or every few days until you gradually adjust, and use more moisturizer.
